I just got a new addition to the family.
It's a Philips.
From now on my diet will consist solely on fluids.
Not.
But I will be doing more juices.
With my new gift I got a free DVD titled Jason Vale, the Juice Master, Keeping it Simple!
I will be watching the happy and smiling, probably because he is the World's leading juicing health coach, Mr. Vale (not one of many juice people but the only juice master) make Simple Gorgeous Smoothies, Super Simple Juices, Quick Healthy Snacks, Kids' Stuff, Juice - Fast!, Easin Cleaning of My Juicer and the one I am particularly excited about; The Gold Fish - The Easy Explanation of Health and Disease.
The Gold Fish bit gives me an immediate association with this art work by Evaristti
which gives the Explanation of Health and Disease a certain depth.
This master Jason has written seven best selling books on juicing, health and addiction.
I guess that is where the catchy title "Keeping it Simple!" comes from.
Anyways.
You know I love gadgets.
I luuuuuv gadgets.
And electric gadgets are fun fun fun.
Of all my electric gadgets, I have to admit, nothing brings me to the higts of pleasure like this one:
I never found an electric gadget that could substitude a good shag.
